Here, at Indian woodcrafts, we provide you access to a large number of such products particularly to be used in wholesale.

The following guidelines are our terms and policies for wholesale. We insist you to read the terms of the policy carefully.  We are always available on phone, if in case, any queries arise, feel free to clear your doubts by ringing on our number.

- The Prices agreed upon for wholesale are highly confidential and are not subject to any leakage.  Your access to the web will be restricted if the information is passed on to any third-party not related to our business deal.

Minimum Order

The prices of products are wholly subject to the availability of the products. If there is a subsequent change in price of the product before processing, a notification will be given to you.

Shipping

Orders are normally shipped within 30 business days. You will be notified regarding the processed shipment date after 5- 6 days of order placement. Standard shipping charges are applicable. Prior to the shipping, charges will be declared by us through invoice.

Payment

We accept cheques, Visa & MasterCard. Any of these modes of payment is to be used for fully discharging the money. Note that COD (Cash-On- Delivery) orders are not accepted.

Returns & Refused Shipments

Products are subject to be returned only under the condition that you receive a confirmation notice from us. If you plan to return the products, you have to send us an e-mail within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The products to be returned must be packed & sealed properly before shipping. However, damages can occur during transit & must be reported to the carrier at the earliest.
