Return and refund policy:

We have a seven day return policy and during which you can check the product when it is delivered to you and can return if you are not happy with it. If the time crosses the duration, the returned product will not be accepted.

You need to mention the following things while returning the product:

• You need to mention all the details about the product and your order and send a mail to sales@indiawoodcrafts.com with the reason for which you are returning it.
•  the product should not be damaged at the time of returning. If it is not in the same condition as it was sent, then it will not be accepted and we won’t refund the amount.
• the customer will bear the charges for returning the product.
• we would either give you a new piece or we will give you gift vouchers  that you can use later when you want to buy something from us.
• you can let us know if the product is already damaged when you received it.

In case you received a damaged piece, you will have to do the following things:

Notify us about the damage within five days of delivery. Mention all the details about the damaged items.

For the customized and personalized items, the refund policy is not applicable!
